Walnuts
In order to harvest only ripe walnut kernels, we have to wait for the nuts to drop to the ground on their own. Amateurs often knock the nuts off the tree and thus also harvest unripe fruits. Walnuts are very nutritious, so we only need 5 kernels a day, so we don't have to worry about weight gain.
