Cashew nut is made up of a fruit in which the kernel is embedded with a kidney- or heart-shape. Cashews are low in sugar and rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and plant protein. Cashews are an excellent source of copper and a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and zinc – nutrients important for energy production, brain health, immunity, and bone health.

Ingredients: cashew nuts, salt

We always roast nuts fresh for you. After opening the bag, we recommend consuming nuts within 5 days. If you want to extend their shelf life, store them in a cool container in a closed container.

Storage: Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a dry and cool place (preferably at a temperature of up to 20°C and at a relative humidity of up to 65%).
